My psychotherapy practice
You can read about my private psychotherapy practice here.
Alongside my private practice, I also work in a low-cost community mental health service and an NHS cancer support service working with both patients and carers. I have previously worked in hospice bereavement support.
I am in the third year of a four-year doctorate training in Existential Psychotherapy, currently at PGDip level (New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling/Middlesex). My doctoral research is in the embodied experience of postmenopause.
About therapy with me
I have a particular interest in supporting people to live their lives creatively – this might mean considering our choices more closely, looking at where we have become stuck in beliefs or the stories we tell ourselves, or using an uncertain time in life as a chance to take stock and make new choices that better suit who we are now and who we are becoming.
