mmm
lovely location, splendid people (well, I can vouch for Manda & I, I assume anyone who wants to come will be delightful too!), and a wide-ranging, get-yourself-going course.

Hi there Stella,
We are Cantabrians in diaspora, we were at the Suggestibles show on Friday and loved your work, especially the ‘hotdog -on-a-stuck’ vignette.
The events unfolding at home at the moment are totally tragic and we feel numb just from witnessing the fallout- we have nothing but massive empathy for those currently in the thick of this tragedy. This poem is great, and reminds us that as NZers we bat well above our weight and through our forged collective identity, we can overcome setbacks like this.
it was nice to hear you, Cantabrians, in the audience. Am not sure if there are any benefit events planned in Newcastle, but there are certainly several I’ve heard of in London, I’ll post news of it here as I get it.
glad you liked the show and yes, it’s always good to find a sausage on a stuck out of its comfort zone. x
